A friend gifts Liz with a trip to Bountiful Glen, a spiritualist town in Northern California, as a last resort to get Liz out of her funk after her mother died in an accident. Liz is a complete skeptic, like her mother, but maybe visiting the picturesque town would be a good change of scenery for her.
Ryan grew up in Bountiful Glen and is working a summer job there as she figures out what she wants to do with her life after college. Liz, not the typical Bountiful Glen visitor, catches her attention and she decides to be her tour guide. The fact she's cute and someone her age doesn't hurt either. Skepticism aside, Liz is fascinated with Bountiful Glen and enjoys her “personal” and good looking local to show her around. Hopefully, with Ryan’s help, she can find a spiritualist who can contact her mother, so she can share one last thing with her. |
