Ashley Blade is a former cat burglar and is now a celebrated British secret agent. Jemma Jacobs is a new recruit fresh from spy school and has a boring desk assignment.
Their boss thinks Ash never left her cat burglar life behind her and sends Jemma to search Ash's London house for evidence. She is then sent to the Canary Islands to bring Ash back. Jemma believes Ash is innocent, and they work together to clear Ash's name.
The agency decides Ash and Jemma are a good pair, so they make them partners. Which is fine with Ash and Jemma because they think they make a good pair in life, too. But their job keeps getting in the way of building their life together and where Ash and Jemma go, trouble is not far behind.

Since then, more than forty of her stories have appeared in various genre magazines, including Marion Zimmer Bradley’s Fantasy Magazine, Khimairal Ink, Neo-Opsis, and nanobison, and in the anthologies Ideomancer Unbound, Crossings, and F/SF Volume 1.
